Project Manager Consultant

TECSOLUTION is providing Project Manger with the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of your project.

Our Job will consist in management the different activities of the projects such as:

- Project Control reporting (KPIs, Design Change, Forecast…)

- Contract & Change Management
- Financial Analysis / EVA reporting
- Establishment of Overall Project schedule
- Custom Clearances
- Logistic and transport
- Client and Suppliers Management (Meetings, Comments, Interfaces)
- Erection sequences and scheduling
- Commissioning until client take over
- Follow up of suppliers
- Inspection Program and Follow up
- Coordination with other Contractors
- Management of Classification Society
- Management Financial reporting
- QA & HSSE reporting
